Hello I'm Jay, and I'm a Software Engineer based in Orlando, FL. Even though I've been coding since at least 2013, I'm still in the early stages of a career in Software Engineering, mostly writing client and server-side JavaScript. I've used React and a bit of Vue for building client side interfaces, and I like the Postgres, Node / Express stack.
I've also been dabbling and learning Python and Rust.
This site is just my humble off-the-radar web log where I've been documenting my journey into this new career, what I've been learning, and other miscellanea.
When I'm not slinging code I'm hanging out with my beautiful girlfriend and my dog Oliver.
